As a technical center commissioned by the State, the CTCPA participates in research and development programs within the framework of national and international partnerships, from which we derive cutting-edge expertise in targeted areas. We put this excellence and this capacity of food innovation to the benefit of the companies that we accompany within the framework of private services. 

 

Anticipating the food of tomorrow

Through the search for new sources of protein, new foods that meet changing societal demands, and the development of new processes. Agri-food R&D and food innovation at the service of all.

By encompassing the different aspects of this transition thanks to our expertise in various fields: transformation processes, packaging... and by accompanying companies in their CSR approach.

Collective research

Each year, the CTCPA's industrial members are solicited by the Scientific Department in order to prepare the collective action program. The priority directions are defined for the center by the contract of objectives and performance 2021-2024.
