Cookie test

You are a breeder and wish to qualify your wheat variety?

We are setting up a test recognized by the Permanent Technical Committee for the Selection of Cultivated Plants (CTPS), for the registration of new varieties in the cookie wheat category.


The test is performed on a laminated dough of the snack type, with constant hydration.

We have been performing an average of 45 cookie tests per year for the past 20 years.
