Transfer of know-how

We support you in the implementation of a transfer program at the workstation using the TSF methodology of OCPAPIAT for which we are certified. Contact our specialized regional coordinators who will answer all your questions.
Thanks to
our technical and pedagogical experience, we can identify the skills in tension and offer you the appropriate tools: formalization, design of simple training tools, implementation of internal tutoring and follow-up tools.

 

Train the trainer

We offer you an internal trainer training that we adapt to your company, based on a study of needs carried out directly on the production site.

We combine the pedagogical engineering skills of our regional training coordinators with our extensive knowledge of the food processing industry to get to the point quickly.

We teach your employees to organize and conduct classroom training sessions, webinars, tutorials... and to use the appropriate tools (webinar tools, animation and exercise tools, powerpoints, on-the-job training methods...). We can accompany you up to the co-facilitation of your first sessions.

 

Creation of pedagogical tools

Since 1950, we have been creating training modules for our clients in the corporate and professional sectors. We are always on the lookout for new pedagogical and technical developments and deliver complete, tailor-made training kits, using the materials from our more than 50 training courses. 

Our regional training coordinators are at your disposal to study your project.

We are currently working on the development of our e-learning offer, and will soon be able to provide our clients with dedicated spaces with their logos on our LMS platform. To be continued!
