The decisions of the CTCPA

The CTCPA's mission is to disseminate the Decisions, codes of practice specifying the characteristics and names of products: canned, dehydrated and frozen products.

Monitoring and regulation

The CTCPA experts conduct an active and permanent monitoring of information and publications on technologies, risks, nutrition, regulations, etc., in the regulatory, scientific and technical agri-food resources (journals, databases, websites, networks...).

Documentary services of the CTCPA

The documentation service provides support to companies to carry out personalized documentary work.

Code letters

Each year the CTCPA draws code letters that allow a clear identification of the year of manufacture by distributors and stock managers of canned products.
