The CTCPA is an industrial technical center dedicated to the food industry. For more than 70 years, we have been watching over food quality and safety. Because food is the foundation of a healthy generation, we believe in innovation and in the talents of our doctors, technicians and engineers to sustainably accompany the food transition.

Our story: Helping to build the future of food
The CTCPA is an industrial technical center (CTI ) qualified as an agro-industrial technical institute (ITAI ) by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and recognized by the General Directorate of Food as a professional center of reference for the establishment and validation of heat treatment scales.
Part of our resources is provided by the tax paid by French manufacturers of canned and dehydrated products. As such, we are commissioned by the Ministry in charge of food to develop research and innovation programs around food.
