The CTCPA Technical Center supports companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large groups, in their efforts to develop products and manufacturing processes, improve industrial and environmental performance, and control product quality and food safety. We provide advice and audits, testing in our pilot halls, laboratory expertise in microbiology, packaging and nutritional quality, and professional training through customized programs.
