The purpose of the processing is to manage the websites administered by the CTCPA.
It enables:
the preparation and publication of content;
the on-line publication of contact forms
technical administration in conjunction with service providers (third-party application maintenance, hosting, domain name registrar, certification authority);
site security management
the production of audience and usage statistics for the on-line services offered by the CTCPA.

Processed data

In order to provide you with the best possible experience on our websites, we need to collect and process certain information. Depending on your use of the Services, this may include:

  • Contact forms - we collect your name, e-mail address, message, etc. We use this information only to answer your questions.
  • Usage data - when you visit our site, we store: the website from which you visited us, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymized IP address, the device information (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are in and web browser type) you used during your visit, and more . We process this usage data in Matomo Analytics for statistical purposes, to improve our site and to recognize and stop any misuse.
  • Cookies - we use cookies (small data files transferred to computers or devices by sites) for record-keeping purposes and to improve the functionality of our site. You can disable or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings in your web browser. Cookies already stored can be deleted at any time.

How long your data is stored

For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username). Site managers can also view and modify this information.

You can be sure that we will do everything in our power to protect your personal data and will therefore limit the period of time we keep it to 3 years from the date of our last contact.

machine-readable format of the Personal Data you have provided to us.
We can only identify you via your e-mail address and we can only comply with your request and provide you with information if we have personal data about you through your direct
contact with us and/or your use of our site and/or service. We cannot provide, rectify or delete data that we store on behalf of our users or customers.
