The CTCPA, Technical Center for the Preservation of Agricultural Products, offers you the cycle "Conducting a canning activity" to train you to the profession of canner.
Do you want to work in a cannery, open your own artisanal cannery or simply learn how to make preserves? This training course is given in Dijon, Auch, Avignon, Amiens, Nantes, Bordeaux and Mont-de-Marsan and can be financed via your CPF.
Develop a cookie production activity
The CTCPA, Technical Center for the Conservation of Agricultural Products, offers you the cycle "Developing a cookie business" to train you to the cookie making profession. You wish to work in a cookie factory, to open your own artisanal cookie factory or simply to learn how to make cookies? The cookie production training is offered in several cities in France: Auch, Avignon, Nantes.
Cycle fruits and vegetables 4 th range
The CTCPA offers you a complete cycle to understand the stakes and the technology of fruits and vegetables of 4th range in industry. On the program: microbiology, material characterization, spoilage mechanisms, means of prevention, transformation processes, packaging... all accompanied by practical work in the technological hall!
Industrial canning: the fundamentals for machine and line operators
CPF eligible. At the end of the training, the trainees will be able to understand the canning process as a whole in order to better control their position, the consequences of their actions on the products, and interact with others.
Industrial canning: canning technology cycle for managers, production supervisors and related services
At the end of the training, the trainees will be able to understand and analyze the canning process as a whole and its parameters to make relevant decisions
Cycle Canning technology applied to seafood products
To update the specific knowledge of the canning industry in order to be able to exercise a technical function in the sector of pasteurized and canned products. This course is focused on fish canneries, but the technological principles are similar to other canning trades.
