Certification course - Running a canning business (Nantes, Pays de la Loire)
The CTCPA, the Centre Technique de la Conservation des Produits Agricoles, offers you the "Running a canning business" course: Would you like to work in a canning factory, open your own canning factory or simply learn how to make preserves? CTCPA PEDAGOGY
- Identify the technical constraints, the necessary organization of the production (treatment of the product and process) as well as the management methods essential to the respect of food safety
- Be able to make and sterilize canned goods
- To be able to drive a vertical static autoclave (for your self-certification)
- Facilitate the reflection on the setting up of a transformation project in relation with its budget

CERTIFICATION EXAM
Evaluation of knowledge by MCQs and case studies. Issuance of a training certificate and a certificate of achievement. Autoclave authorization is the responsibility of the manager. A certification is proposed on request. It is included in the training in case of financing via the CPF. It consists of answering a knowledge questionnaire + a simulation exercise in a technological hall. The results are submitted to the jury.
