The CQP to develop your employees

The Professional Qualification Certificate is recognized by all the companies of a professional branch.
It guarantees that an employee has mastered a given job (machine operator, line operator, maintenance agent, etc.), allows him/her to adapt to a new job and to its evolution, and favors the development of employee loyalty.

The CTCPA is referenced by OCAPIAT as an evaluation body for the implementation of the EV'ALIM computerized tool for the positioning and validation of competences, available today for more than 30 certificates of professional qualification (CQP) from 11 professional branches.

2 ways to obtain a CQP with the CTCPA:
> "classic": the employee follows the training and validates the whole CQP at once
> by block of competences: validation of the blocks constituting the CQP in an independent way comparable to units of value, spread over time.
