Content of the training
In the wake of the horsemeat scandal in 2013, and faced with the increasing complexity of the food chain due to the globalization of supply and economic pressure, your customers and control authorities are asking you to verify the authenticity of the raw materials you use. That's why we offer a food fraud training course to help you understand the concept of assessing the vulnerability of your raw materials. We provide you with an analysis tool enabling you to identify the raw materials most at risk.
