  • Enable food industry players to easily improve the Nutri-Score® of their products by optimizing their recipes from a nutritional point of view, thanks to linear programming.
  • Introducing a tool accessible to all, and learning how to use it independently.
  • The tool allows you to integrate constraints on ingredient quantities, prices and nutrient contents, to quickly identify new recipes using Excel's Solver linear programming function.
