Presentation of EHEDG
EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) is a foundation created in 1989 to promote the hygienic design of equipment and facilities in the food industry. EHEDG brings together industrialists (food processors and equipment manufacturers), suppliers of products and services (packaging, lubricants, hygiene products and services, consulting and engineering, etc.), as well as research and teaching organizations that wish to promote the dissemination of the principles and rules of the art for hygiene control, from the choice of materials to the design, installation and maintenance of equipment.

Objectives of the training
The training allows a transfer of skills on the hygienic design of equipment and processes for the food industry, in order to better satisfy the needs of consumers and distributors, taking into account current legislation and standards, but also anticipating future changes.

Pedagogy
The training is very practical. The various theoretical topics are discussed in a brief and concise manner, in continuous relation with practical examples. You will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge yourself through case studies in a pilot hall in small groups to encourage interactivity.
