Anne-Gaëlle Mellouët to chair the AFNOR V01C commission

We are pleased to announce that Anne-Gaëlle Mellouët, Director of the Mission of General Interest of the CTCPA, has been renewed as President of the Commission AFNOR V01C "Food Safety - Hygiene and Management  under ACTIA's mandate until December 14, 2025.

The AFNOR V01C commission is in charge, among other things, of traceability and food safety, in terms of management and hygiene (terminology, good practices, analytical tools). The Standardization Commission develops standards within the following groups of experts:

GT 2 FOOD SAFETY - GROWTH TESTS

GT 3 FOOD SAFETY - ISO 22000 CERTIFICATION PROTOCOL

GT 8 USE AND APPLICATION OF ISO 22000

GT 14 FOOD SAFETY CULTURE
