The CTCPA and AGRIA Grand Est are renewing their partnership!

Published on: July 30, 2026

CTCPA and AGRIA Grand Est, a support and innovation organization dedicated to the region’s agri-food industries, have announced the renewal of their partnership for the year 2026.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment by these two technical centers, under the coordination of ACTIA, to support agri-food companies in their development, innovation, and performance initiatives, drawing on complementary expertise and a strengthened technical network.

Tangible Benefits for Businesses

This partnership enables agri-food companies supported by the CTCPA and AGRIA Grand Est to benefit from easier and more direct access to the complementary expertise offered by both organizations.
In practical terms, this makes it easier to:

  • connecting you with the right people based on your needs

  • access to specialized technical skills

  • support for development and innovation projects

  • a more streamlined approach to addressing industrial challenges

The goal is to better match the needs of businesses in the Grand Est region with the right expertise to accelerate their projects.

Involvement in key moments of innovation and the transition

As part of this partnership, the CTCPA has been involved in the innovation initiatives led by AGRIA Grand Est, particularly through INOVAL 2026, a leading event dedicated to innovative projects by agri-food companies.
Carla LUCET, Development Project Manager and National Start-up Coordinator at the CTCPA, served on the jury for the preliminary and final project selection rounds on April 21, 2026, in Nancy, contributing her technical and scientific expertise to the evaluation of the applications.
The CTCPA also participated in the AGRIA Grand Est General Assembly, held on June 11, 2026, in Nancy, with Sales Engineer Louise CAPPUCCIA representing the organization at the CTCPA booth. A highlight of the event was the awards ceremony for the INOVAL 2026 competition, which underscored the CTCPA’s commitment to supporting agri-food innovation stakeholders in the region.
The CTCPA will also be present at other key industry events, including a presentation by Yvan DELOCHE, Head of Industrial Transition at the CTCPA, at the Environmental Transition Morning Session – Industrial Facilities: Financing, Optimization, and Support, scheduled for October 13, focusing on the challenges of industrial transition and performance.
These implications demonstrate the shared commitment of both organizations to supporting innovative initiatives and assisting companies in their transformations.

Two complementary players serving the agri-food industry

The CTCPA (Technical Center for the Preservation of Agricultural Products) is an industrial technical center established in 1950 to support companies in the canned goods and dehydrated vegetables sector in their efforts to develop products, processes, and packaging; to ensure food quality and safety; and to improve their environmental and industrial performance.
The CTCPA also provides support services for all food processing companies (from startups to large corporations) in the form of audits, consulting, and studies; laboratory analyses (microbiology, molecular biology, nutritional quality, packaging); testing and pilot production runs in technology facilities; process evaluations; and in-house and inter-company training.

Agria Grand Est plays a threefold role in the region, as it is at once:

  • An ARIA (Regional Association of Food Industries) is an association of companies in the agri-food and agro-resources sectors. Its purpose is to pool their common challenges and help address them or implement initiatives to promote their development and growth.

  • A CRITT Interface (Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer) whose mission is to promote the competitiveness and technological development of regional industries that process and add value to agricultural resources. It is a member of ACTIA (Technical Coordination Association for the Agri-Food Industry). It provides advice and information and contributes to the training of all its members, particularly through its informational meetings.

  • A Technology Dissemination Unit (CDT) responsible for monitoring and disseminating information to agri-food companies in the region.
