A New Governance Structure for the CTI Network!

The CTCPA—Agri-Food Technical Center—is a member of the CTI Network, which brings together 12 Industrial Technical Centers (CTI) and 3 Professional Committees for Economic Development (CPDE). This network brings together complementary areas of expertise and strengthens synergies to support French businesses and industry.
The CTI Network has just renewed its board for the 2026–2028 term, appointing Stéphane LE GUIRRIEC, Executive Director of CERIB, as its president.
Congratulations to the entire new executive board:
• Daniel RICHET, Executive Director of Cetim (Technical Center for the Mechanical Engineering Industry) – Vice President
• Hervé BUFFET, CEO of Francéclat – Treasurer
• Pierre CLAUDEL, Executive Director of CETIAT – Secretary
• Vincent THIBAULT, Executive Director of the CTCPA – Secretary
This new governance structure is driven by a shared ambition: to strengthen synergies among members, highlight their expertise, and raise awareness of the role of the CTI and CPDE among businesses and government agencies, in support of innovation, competitiveness, and the transformation of French industry.
The CTCPA is pleased to contribute to this collective effort and to continue, alongside the other members of the Network, its mission of supporting businesses and the industry.
