Chemical contaminants in the food chain: 1st day of the Al-chemistry RMT

Emerging or known: identify, characterize and quantify chemical contaminants


The first day of the Al-chemistry RMT dedicated to chemical contaminants in the food chain will take place on March 24, 2022 at ENILIA-ENSMIC in Surgères (17).

The RMT Al-chemistry dedicated to chemical contamination of the food chain organizes its first day of communication and transferon the theme ofidentification, characterization and quantification of known emerging chemical contaminants.

Aimed at (future) quality managers, production managers, technicians and advisors in agricultural organizations and agribusinesses, this day will be divided into two sessions. The first session in the plenary room will be devoted to tools to identify, characterize and quantify contaminantswhile the second session will be articulated in workshops with subject red thread, the alkaloids of the ergot.

Participation is free and open to the public upon registration only and within the limits of available seats.
