Environmental labeling of food products is set to play an increasingly important role in the strategies of agri-food companies. Faced with consumer expectations, changes in the regulatory framework, and the challenges of the ecological transition, industry stakeholders must now rely on reliable methods and data to assess and communicate the environmental impacts of their products.
Behind this dashboard are several complementary tools and databases, including Agribalyse®, Ecobalyse®, and the InCyVie project, which play a central role in the production, improvement, and use of environmental data.
