    Content of the training

  • The maintenance function (missions and levels...)
  • Electricity, compressed air and steam (safety, identification of circuits and physical quantities...)
  • General typology of electromechanical and automation equipment (motors, cylinders, distributors, sensors, solenoid valves, etc.)
  • Methods and procedures for diagnosing malfunctions (cause/effect...)
  • Main controls and regulations
  • Good hygiene practices for maintenance teams

Our Basic Hygiene and Maintenance Training: What does the maintenance role entail? What are the different tasks and levels involved? This “Basic Hygiene and Maintenance” training course is designed to teach you how to perform Level 1 maintenance on the machines, tools, and equipment associated with your workstation. Electrical systems, compressed air, and steam will be covered, as well as the general types of electromechanical and automation equipment.
