Allergen management: new perspectives for guaranteeing the safety of allergic consumers

Published on : 23/01/2025

Introduction

Faced with increasing cases of food allergy and the need to better protect allergic consumers, allergen management is evolving. These prospects point to a safer, more transparent future for allergic consumers, while providing manufacturers with concrete tools to control and justify their labeling. This article takes stock of the new directions in allergen management and the opportunities they offer the food industry.
