Our CSR Charter 2025: a collective and lasting commitment

Published on: 17/05/2025

Because environmental, social and economic issues are at the heart of the changes taking place in our sector, the CTCPA is fully committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach.
Our CSR 2025 charter embodies our desire to take concrete action for a more sustainable future alongside food industry manufacturers.

Launched in 2021, this structuring approach is based on an in-depth diagnosis and today rests on 3 strategic axes and 7 concrete ambitions, broken down into actions around environmental transition, well-being in the workplace, responsible innovation and cooperation with our partners.

In 2024, an initial assessment by AFNOR as part of the "Committed to CSR" referential recognized our involvement and the solidity of our quality approach, placing the CTCPA at level 2 (progression).
In 2025, we aim to achieve level 3, with a reinforced focus on responsible purchasing, data protection (RGPD), and the appropriation of the CSR approach by all our employees.

Our ambition: to make CSR a lever for positive transformation for our organization, our partners and the food industry as a whole.
