What's new for 2024? Jean-Claude DUSSAUD, Training Director, takes the floor. :

The CTCPA's training policy for 2024 focuses on three main objectives:

  • Strengthen the skills of professionals in the agri-food industry - its customers and clients

  • Taking the food transition into account

  • Developing pedagogical innovations and facilitating access to training courses

These objectives are all the more important in view of the industry's strong need for competitiveness, as it is confronted with inflation in raw material and energy prices, as well as consumption trends impacting production.

To meet these challenges, the CTCPA offers a diversified training catalog, tailored to the needs of companies and employees.

The training courses cover 2 subjects in particular:

  • Technical fundamentals, the basis for competitiveness and consumer safety

  • The food transition and its implications for the product/process/packaging triptych, in particular with our training courses on plant proteins and the 3R decree.

The CTCPA is also developing innovative teaching methods, such as the virtual reality or the blended learningto enable each learner profile to access the modalities best suited to them, whether face-to-face or distance learning.

Our 2024 training offer

  • Cycles and career paths

  • Production (product processing, heat and cold treatments, packaging)

  • Quality, food safety and regulations

  • Microbiology

  • Management and skills management

  • Environment and sustainable development

  • CQP blocks

Face-to-face training, distance learning, e-learning and the big new feature: the VIRTUAL REALITYE !

At CTCPA, the training is done by our trainers!

95% of the CTCPA trainers are salaried, therefore trained and constantly maintained at the state of the art technical and pedagogical level by us according to our annual internal resourcing program, guarantee of competence, confidentiality and reliability. The CTCPA trains on what it can do. Only a few courses may occasionally call upon subcontractors. Benefit to you: after the training, our trainers are always present at the CTCPA, available to answer a question or a situation requiring a specialist opinion!
