FSSC 22000 v6 & Food waste: preparing for certification audits

Since April 1, 2024, FSSC 22000 certification audits must be carried out in accordance with version 6.

One of the changes in FSSC 22000 v6 is the new requirement 2.5.16 "Food wastage and waste". where the company is asked tohave a documented policy and objectives detailing its strategy for reducing food loss and waste within the organization and the corresponding supply chain.
