Training objectives? The EHEDG Hygienic Design Expert course not only transfers skills in the hygienic design of equipment and processes for the food industry, but also enables us to better meet the needs of consumers and distributors by taking into account current legislation and standards, and anticipating future changes.

How does it work? Practical, the course is designed to cover various theoretical topics in a brief, concise manner, with a continuous link to practical examples. You'll also have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you've acquired yourself, through case studies in a pilot hall, carried out in small groups to encourage interactivity.

Who's concerned? Beneficiaries of this training program include technical service managers, maintenance managers, industrial buyers, new works engineers and design office managers. Quality and food safety project managers, quality directors, plant managers, equipment manufacturers and technical service providers are also concerned.

Speakers:

  • Nicolas ROSSI : EHEDG authorized trainer : Project Manager and AEO (Authorised Evaluation Officer) at IDELE and ATL (Authorised Testing Laboratory) at ACTALIA.

  • Olivier RONDOUIN: EHEDG authorized trainer: member of the EHEDG "Training & Education" working group; chairman of the EHEDG "foreign bodies" working group; food safety, SMSA and contact materials expert for Doceor & Digitaliaa.
