[Matinée thématique] Environmental scoring of food products: where do we stand and how can we prepare?

Published on: 14/06/2023

The CTCPA and Vitagora invite you to a morning session on "Environmental scoring of food products: where do we stand and how can we prepare?"

Our current food system is facing a number of societal challenges that are prompting companies in the sector to reconsider their practices throughout the value chain.
The environmental labelling of food products (or environmental scoring), currently being rolled out, aims to provide consumers with information on their environmental characteristics. This new tool should enable food companies to promote their eco-design initiatives for their products, in line with new environmental, regulatory and societal requirements. Whether it's a question of recipes, packaging or transformation processes, there are many ways to optimize the environmental performance of your products!

A morning dedicated to regional agri-food companies to find out about forthcoming regulatory changes concerning the environmental scoring of food products, concrete technical solutions applicable to the product - process - packaging triptych, and regional funding available. Agri-food companies, take part in this morning session to better anticipate the challenges of the environmental scoring system!
