Water in agri-agro: how to innovate to continue managing this common good?

Water is an essential resource at many stages, from production (plant and animal) to food processing (manufacturing, cleaning, disinfection). The agricultural and agri-food sector consumes large volumes of water, with two main and recurring challenges: on the one hand, optimizing the quantity of water needed to avoid waste and losses, and on the other hand, limiting the impact and recovering the processing water, which is often considered as waste water and discharged into the environment. In the context of climate change and resource depletion, the issue of water management still represents one of the major environmental challenges for industry and our territories.
Whether face-to-face or distance learning, come and exchange views on Tuesday 28 June with the members and expert partners of the Valorial network, who are fully mobilized around this intention " How can innovation contribute to better water management for the agriculture and agri-food sector? ".
