The CTCPA, partner for more than 10 years of the Ecotrophelia France competition!

For this 23rd edition of the Ecotrophelia competition, which just took place in Nancy, 22 food innovation projects were presented by 149 students from 22 French higher education institutions (universities and grandes écoles). 22 projects with the ambition to offer "healthy food, source of pleasure, at an affordable price, and responsible in terms of environmental impact.


Reconciling the pleasure of good food with nutritional balance and eco-responsibility is a fundamental challenge at the origin of the ECOTROPHELIA approach. This is how the reflection on the impact on
the environment of products and packaging is at the center of the competition's guidelines.

At the end of the national jury which met on Thursday, June 23, under the presidency of Mickaël NOGAL, director of the ANIA (National Association of Food Industries), the winners of ECOTROPHELIA 2022 are the following: CP_ECOTROPHELIA2022 Awards

The pre-selection committee of the national ECOTROPHELIA competition has just selected 22 food innovation projects from 22 French schools and universities. In line with the previous editions, the 2022 projects bet on the requirement in terms of eco-design. 22 innovative proposals that share the challenge of reconciling 4 central expectations for innovation.

Laboratory of student food innovation, ECOTROPHELIA organizes from June 21 to 23 for the 2nd time in Nancy the 23rd edition of its national competition

ECOTROPHELIA is a unique ecosystem that links the academic and entrepreneurial worlds. Future products, innovations, future engineers, industry or research executives, whether in human resources or research & development, ECOTROPHELIA is a talent pool that brings together the best academic skills in the service of the food industries.

Since 2000, more than 100 products from ECOTROPHELIA have emerged on the market with the support and constant partnership of the professional sectors INTERFEL, INTERBEV, France Filière Pêche and Terres Univia who come to seek new sources of inspiration.

The French Health Food Fund, Nutrisens, ALIM 50+, AG2R LA MONDIALE, Adepale and ANIA form in turn a base of partners that allow the ECOTROPHELIA adventure to continue.
