Ozone and agri-food: meet the CTCPA during the Ozone Days!

Published on : 01/03/2022

Meet the CTCPA during the Ozone Days! On March 23 and 24, 2022, the Polytechnic Institute UniLaSalle hosts on its campus of Beauvais (60), the first edition of Ozone Days.

The CTCPA will present its offer on Ozone for the food industry during the Ozone Days organized by UniLaSalle and the Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble.

The use of ozone for the valorization of lignocellulosic fibers and agro-resources is in full development throughout the world. There is a real need to bring together researchers and industrialists
in order to develop applications using ozone, accompanying the process from research to industrial application. This conference aims to present a state of the art of the development of ozone applications (pulp bleaching, preservation of agro-resources...) and to demonstrate the potential of ozone in the treatment of these applications.

Public : researchers and industrialists
Duration 3 half-days

Two will be devoted to scientific and technical exchanges on the potential of ozone in the valorisation of plant biomasses. The third will present the means offered by UniLaSalle for laboratory or pilot studies and will include a detailed visit of the Ozone LaSalle O3 R&D platform.

Organization UniLaSalle and Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble (Grenoble INP Pagora/LGP2), within the framework of the Ozone Scientific Group created in 2018 between these two partners.
