ACTIA'S REFERENCE NETWORK LAUNCHES ITS GUIDE ON FOOD SAFETY CULTURE!

Published on : 08/06/2021

In order to assist companies in the deployment of the "Food safety culture", the specialists of the Reference Network have designed a guide presenting the history of the concept, its different components and propose to companies a self-assessment and action plans to implement and promote this positive approach to food safety management.

The CTCPA is a partner of the Quality Reference Network.

What is the Quality Reference Network?

Objectives:

Food companies are developing food quality and safety strategies under the impetus of regulations, in particular the Hygiene Package, and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO TS 22 002, NF EN 15 593), but also because of European distribution specifications (IFS and BRCGS) and Codex Alimentarius specifications.

In this evolving context which imposes new constraints on companies, without them having, for many of them, the internal means to respond to them, in particular SMEs, a group of quality audit specialists from Actia Centers has mobilized in order to study the interaction and complementarities of quality reference systems.
