Cap Protéines Challenge 3 aims to put forward ideas or solutions based on plant proteins, in order to improve national production of protein-rich crops and democratize their use in human food.

Propose your ideas or solutions for/with processors to strengthen and improve the performance of plant protein processing industries.

protein extraction,

⇒ limit environmental impact, etc.

Propose your ideas or solutions for/with consumers to integrate more legumes into our daily plates.

You're thinking of:

⇒ correcting the "green" taste of legumes,
⇒ improving the visual aspect,
⇒ designing new recipes,
⇒ combat waste, etc.

Propose your ideas or solutions for an industry approach to structure players in a territory and create more value.

adding value to pulses in their entirety (human food, industrial use...),
