The AGEC law of February 2020 targets a national goal of reducing food waste by 50% by 2030, and makes it mandatory for all food operators to carry out a food waste diagnosis. To help companies meet these regulatory obligations, ADEPALE and the CTCPA have drawn up a guide offering guidelines for carrying out the diagnosis, as part of an approach to reducing food loss and waste. and food waste.
