[Webinar] Cleaning and disinfection: How can I assess environmental contamination in my workshop?

Published on: 13/03/2023

Les jeudis de l'agro are back! Technocampus Alimentation and the CTCPA invite you on March 30, 2023 from 10am to 12pm for a webinar on "Cleaning and disinfection: How to assess the environmental contamination of my workshop?"

The latest health scares, and the latest requirements of private standards, remind us of the importance of managing the cleanliness of production areas in agri-food businesses. Control is mainly focused on contact surfaces. However, it is important to consider the workshop as a whole, and to examine all hazards. Our speakers will help you decipher these criteria.

Program

  • Introduction - Catherine STRIDE, Director, Western Region Division - CTCPA

  • The evolution of private standards: BRC v8 and IFS v8 - Christine DECANIS, Quality Project Manager - CTCPA

  • Hygienic design and cleanability: impact on surface contamination - Olivier COURAUD, food safety engineer - GSF for EHEDG

  • ERSIA: the identification of chemical residues in the workshop - Kahina SLIMANI, Research Project Manager, Residue and Contaminant Analysis Unit - ANSES for the Actia CHLEAN TMR

Free but compulsory registration before March 28
