IFTPS: CTCPA presents 10 years of air-steam autoclave qualification

Published on: 07/03/2023

The CTCPA had the opportunity to take part in the annual congress of IFTPS, the international network of heat treatment experts, to present 10 years of qualification of air-steam autoclaves.

The conference attracted 300 participants from all over the world, most of them Americans. Clémence MILLET, Technology Manager North and East, presented her feedback on over 10 years of qualification of air-steam autoclaves, in particular for the specific heat distribution experiment. For 45 minutes, she shared best practices, success criteria and presented different types of results, opening up perspectives for discussion on optimizations.

This topic was part of the "In-container processing" section of the seminar, followed by a session dedicated to microbiology and a final one dedicated to aseptic technologies.

The high technical level of this congress and of the participants contributes to the enrichment of the center, and enables us to establish contacts with people from all over the world: technical experts, heat treatment referents, autoclave manufacturers...

A great opportunity to promote the CTCPA beyond our borders, and to showcase the technical expertise of our experts!
