On January 17, 2023, AFNOR invites you to discover the value of voluntary standards to better control food safety and instill a food safety culture in companies.
Producing, processing and distributing safe food is a global issue. Food safety management systems must therefore make safe and healthy food products available. The food industry has understood this. They need proven tools, a common language, best practices and shared analysis methods to meet this objective, at every stage of the manufacturing chain.
Having access to healthy, natural and balanced food to be in good health is an individual issue, but also a corporate issue. The employer has a role to play in instilling new eating habits, which is part of the quality of life at work. The word is out: it's about instilling a food safety culture! And it so happens that tools exist to make the task easier: voluntary standards. Standards made by and for you, which are not regulatory! AFNOR invites you to discover them during a web-conference on January 17, 2023.
This free one-hour web-conference will be hosted by Sandrine Espeillac, head of the AFNOR agri-food division, Laurent Camberou, food safety culture expert, and Jonathan Motillon, AFNOR agri-food expert, in partnership with Anne-Gaëlle Mellouet, director of the general interest mission at the Centre technique de la conservation des produits agricoles and chair of the AFNOR standardization committee on food safety.
