The CTCPA is invited to present its work at the IFTPS annual meeting. Clémence Millet, technology manager and coordinator of private projects of the CTCPA, will be present at the Annual Meeting of the IFTPS (Institute for Food Thermal Processing Specialists) from February 28th to March 2nd 2023 in New Orleans. Clémence will speak on the topic "Dos and Don'ts of heat transfer studies with steam-air retort".

What is the IFTPS? It is a network of experts around heat treatment, defining guidelines for the qualification of thermal equipment and sterilization / pasteurization scales. At CTCPA, we rely on their guidelines for the execution of our tests!
