The export of canned goods to the USA, especially non-gilled products, must undergo a complex process involving regulatory requirements and technical procedures. Failure to comply with a requirement leads to delays or refusals, penalizing the chances of success in reaching this market. The objective of this webinar is to recall the constraints and points of vigilance by making an update on the FDA regulations, and by specifying the technical information expected by the American administration to approve canned food entering its territory.

On the program (9am-10:30am) :

  • The basics of the US regulation

  • The technical content of a file

  • Administrative processing of files

  • The Registrar Corp / CTCPA complementarity

+ a question and answer period with our speakers!

Stakeholders :

  • Clémence Millet(cmillet@ctcpa.org), Technology Manager for the North and East and CTCPA national referent for FDA files, in charge of export files for over 10 years.

  • Béatrice Moreau, Senior Regulatory Expert and European Office Manager of Registrar Corp.
