The CFIA is based on historical values. Each year, the CFIA offers the best in food innovation for the food industry, whether through the innovation trophies or through the exhibits. The CFIA offers a unique and diversified range of products and services for all sectors of the food industry and at all levels of the production chain. Thanks also to its thematic areas, the CFIA allows an efficient sourcing of innovative solutions. All of this in a human-sized show and in a friendly atmosphere, so characteristic of the leading event in the food industry.

The CTCPA as a technical center for the agri-food industry participates in it. Our mission is to accompany the companies of the food-processing sector in their projects of :
- product and process development,
- preservation, quality and safety of food,
- industrial and environmental performance,
- packaging,
via 100% customized support: audits, bibliographic and applied studies, analyses in its laboratories (microbiology, molecular biology, nutritional quality, packaging), process evaluations, trials and pre-production runs in technological halls. The CTCPA also trains you in the agri-food industry.
