The CTCPA accompanies you on the decontamination by oxidative stress!

For 15 years, the CTCPA has been working on oxidative decontamination of food and surfaces.
Our experts can help you with ozone (O3), hydrogen peroxide vapor (HPV) and peracetic acid (PAA) technologies.

The CTCPA conducts research work, tests on pilot equipment in halls in order to validate the interest and technical feasibility of hydrogen peroxide vapour and peracetic acid for the decontamination of agricultural inputs for industrial processing.

In February 2019, the CTCPA and the Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle signed a scientific and technological cooperation agreement allowing the mutualization and the synergy of their skills .

This agreement allows us tofurther develop our expertise in Ozone technology for technological innovations and for the provision of services.

Our know-how allows us to offer training courses: Ozone treatment, process engineering, sanitary safety, valorisation of agricultural products(Discover the training catalog)

But also benefits!

We intervene on :

  • Prefeasibility Simple study of the O3/VPH/APA impact (microbiological decontamination + organoleptic impact) on supports and matrices

  • Optimization study and definition of optimal conditions, calculation of doses, estimation of PRI, observation of the analytical impact on oxidation markers

  • Industrialization definition of applicators, estimation of investment costs and practical conditions of implementation

  • Regulations : preparation of regulatory files
