    Content of the training

  • Regulations on canned foods
  • The implementation of good hygiene practices, the sanitation control plan, and HACCP
  • The principles of sterilization (what is a schedule?)
  • The Basics of Microbiology
  • Operating an Autoclave Safely: Theory and Practice
  • Choose your packaging materials—metal, glass, or plastic—and learn what checks to perform to ensure they are properly sealed
  • Selecting production equipment (autoclave, packaging machine, etc.)
  • Inspections of finished products and determination of the best-before date
  • The first day of training is conducted remotely and includes an e-learning component; the remaining four days are in-person.
