Introduction
PFAS are persistent chemicals found in many industrial and food products. Their stability and bioaccumulation make them a major concern for the environment and human health, and they are subject to strict European and French regulations. For the agri-food industry, it is essential to identify sources of PFAS, comply with regulatory requirements, and implement monitoring and reduction strategies. PFAS analysis remains a technical challenge, and CTCPA supports manufacturers in reconciling regulatory requirements, analytical feasibility, and analysis results.
