Since the Covid 19 epidemic, 72% of French people say they are more attentive to the place of origin of the food products they buy. The health crises that took place in 2022 have also exacerbated feelings of anxiety about food, and reinforced a certain distrust of brands. The need for transparency on the provenance / origin of food products and ingredients is therefore becoming essential for food companies. This is reflected in a variety of ways: traceability, information on packaging, use of labels, etc. These are just some of the issues our speakers will be discussing.
