Discover the CTCPA 2023 training catalog! Because we intend to pass on our expertise and make the food industry an attractive sector, we have been offering certified, tailor-made training courses in many fields for over 60 years. Train for the food industry with the CTCPA!

What's new in 2023? Jean-Claude DUSSAUD, Director of Training :

The agri-food world has undergone in this year 2022 a number of unprecedented crises. The energy crisis (initiated or accelerated by the war in Ukraine, which is putting a heavy strain on operating accounts, making some productions loss-making), the raw material availability crisis reinforced by this summer's drought, mobilizing your purchasing and R&D teams to adapt as quickly as possible to fluctuations and to adapt recipes and processes, and lastly the labor crisis, which forces you to source and train newcomers who often have no experience in the food industry when you manage to recruit them...

At its level, our technical center accompanies you.

  • We have designed a new production basics training course for your new employees toquickly impart the essential skills needed to hold a position.

  • We continue to offer our business training courses to reinforce the versatility of your teams, which is essential to react quickly to changes, integrating economic and environmental issues. These trainings can take place in the form of blocks of CQP or complete CQP, and validated by this certificate.

  • The short technical training courses for technicians and managers have been adapted to take into account the industrial and food transition even more, with for example the creation of sessions on packaging and sustainable development, and many other novelties that you will find in this catalog.

  • Finally, 2023 will see the arrival of blended learning training, alternating e-learning and face-to-face or videoconferencing, for even greater flexibility and adaptability to your schedule.

Our team remains at your disposal, all our offers are modifiable, adaptable, to suit you always better.
