The RMT Actia Transfobio
This national network, set up and supported by the MINISTRY RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD, under the coordination of ACTIA, COORDINATED BY CRITT SUD AND ITAB, is a unique national network in ORGANIC PRODUCT PROCESSING. It brings together TWENTY partners, including the Nantes Terre Atlantique high school, Oniris and the CTCPA, and provides concrete answers to consumers, companies and public authorities on :

  • The characterization of factors impacting the qualities of processed organic products (raw materials, formulation, processes, packaging ...);

  • Optimizing these qualities by identifying areas for improvement and deploying evaluation and improvement tools;

  • The study of consumers' perceptions and attitudes towards organic food processing, as well as the analysis of the change in scale of organic products
