Call for innovations n°27 : FUTURE AGRICULTURE & FOOD #5

Published on : 17/01/2022

Resolutions Pays-de-la-Loire is organizing the call for projects #27 Agriculture & Agribusiness of the Future #5.

From the field to the plate, agricultural production and food processing are in constant evolution. The problems of the agriculture and agri-food industry of the future are numerous; they affect the field of plants, animal production, agri-food processing, as well as agri-equipment.

  • How can we propose sustainable production routes integrating alternative inputs, in order to offer consumers residue-free products?

  • How can we develop agricultural equipment for precision farming?

  • How to anticipate risks and improve traceability by processing data collected during production, processing and packaging of products?

  • How to effectively reduce water and energy consumption in food processing companies?

  • How to set up the food factory of the future, to gain in performance, agility and responsiveness, while improving working conditions (digital transition, IoT, blockchain, 3D, robotics and cobotics, supply chain...)?

  • How can we make our business model evolve, promote the collaborative economy, open innovation, and the pooling of resources?

  • How to develop new services with and for the consumer?
