Corporate Social Responsibility: the CTCPA is committed to a CSR approach!

Published on : 01/10/2021

[CSR approach ] : The company is facing many societal, economic, environmental and regulatory evolutions: the climate emergency, consumers who are more and more attentive to the environment and to the production conditions of products, employees looking for new ways of working, the strong integration of the environment in public policies...

In order to be in line with these evolutions, the CTCPA has committed itself to the implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility approach ( CSR approach ) since the end of 2020.

A first phase of collaborative work made it possible to collect the expectations of our internal and external stakeholders and to take stock of our practices in order to define our priorities.

In 2022, all employees will participate in the implementation of an action plan based on 3 axes:

- Supporting our citizens, clients and partners in their societal transition
- Putting environmental concerns at the heart of our thinking and action
- Adapting the corporate culture to the new human resources challenges
