Published on : 07/09/2021

The JRA are organized every two years by ITAVI, INRAE, ANSES and CTCPA, with the support of the French branches of the World's Poultry Science Association (WPSA) and the World Veterinary Poultry Association (WVPA), two international poultry associations.

These days are a place of exchange and meeting for professionals and researchers in poultry farming.

Programs of these two days:

March 9: Researchers and professionals join forces to share their views on major current issues:

  • European policies and consequences for livestock farming

  • Health crisis management

  • Evolution of consumption, communication and breeding systems

  • What about the use of antibiotics?

March 10: Economics and Sociology - Sustainability and Environment - Farming Systems and Animal Welfare - Pathology and Prevention - Product Hygiene and Quality - Genetics and Reproduction - Nutrition

  • Each session will be illustrated by a synthesis dealing with a current theme, produced in a collaborative manner between researchers and practitioners.

  • This will be followed by short presentations of the research results obtained over the past three years.
