- Electricity, compressed air and steam (safety, identification of circuits and physical quantities...)
- General typology of electromechanical and automation equipment (motors, cylinders, distributors, sensors, solenoid valves, etc.)
- Methods and procedures for diagnosing malfunctions (cause/effect...)
- Main controls and regulations
- Good hygiene practices for maintenance teams
Content of the training
Our Level 1 Maintenance Training: What does the maintenance role entail? What are the different tasks and levels involved? This “Level 1 Maintenance” training course is designed to teach you how to perform Level 1 maintenance on the machines, tools, and equipment associated with your workstation. The course covers electrical systems, compressed air, and steam, as well as the general types of electromechanical and automation equipment.
