Sairem's high frequency tunnels are specially adapted to temper from -20°C to -2°C.
These high frequency tunnels are specially adapted to temper from -20°C to -2°C the standard white fish blocks used worldwide. Size and weight of a block: 480 x 255 x 85 mm, 7,5kg. These blocks will then be either sawn (final temperature -8°C to -4°C) or shaped (final temperature -2°C).
