CMP-Continuous Modular Pasteurizer

The Continuous Modular Pasteurizer (CMP) allows you to pasteurize your products on flat plates in a continuous and flexible way.

It can be composed of 4 modular zones: the 1st to pasteurize your products up to 90 - 95°C ; the 2nd to pre-cool your products to a core temperature of 30 - 40°C; the 3rd for cooling to 4°C; the innovative 4th zone, to automatically store your products in the event of a temporary stoppage of your production line, preventing them from remaining in the hot zone or heating up after being removed at 4°C. All heat transfers are performed by spraying.
