In developing the Clara range, Alfa Laval has focused on gentle product treatment, high separation efficiency and low energy consumption. The Clara range comprises models of all sizes, from small capacities (pilot units for laboratory testing, private cellars, etc.) to models for very large-capacity food and beverage processing plants. Depending on the model, Clara separators are available in different versions, ranging from non-hermetic (top-fed) models to totally hermetic units. Clara separators offer different advantages depending on the model concerned.
